In the last 3 years I shot over 70 smart, beautiful, creative and talented seniors and you know what!! Those are some of my favorite sessions, there is just something so special about all those young women and men I get to work with. I know most of my seniors wait till fall to take their senior photos but you might want to reconsider and here are a few reasons why:

The colors.

Fall is beautiful but lets all agree that nothing beats all the beautiful blooming trees, lilacs, flowers and beautiful green grass. I just LOVE how lovely light reflects on those. 

Outfits

 One of my favorite parts of spring-summer senior sessions is that the possibilities are endless! You can wear a beautiful summer dress or shorts or romper, it is so fun to just have fun in the warm weather and not freeze in crazy  autumn winds trying to wear your favorite summer outfit. And who doesn’t like to look tan for their session always a win-win ))

 Sunshine. Sunsets

 Nothing makes me happier than beautiful sunshine on my shoulder. I don’t think there is anything prettier than beautiful golden light on your hair or sun kisses on your cheeks.
